Today was a pretty long day, not our longest day, but long enough. We made it to Georgetown to walk the dog at a nearby beach then dinghy into town. What a cute little town! Definitely worth a stop.
Lots of twists and turns on the way there though. You had to pay attention all the time. That does get exhausting! We did see some really cool things. Rita will share that down the road. Tomorrow we expect rain and storms most of the day. I smell a lazy day coming to town!!
Here is how we did today.

We were fighting the current the entire way. At times it was a 3 mph current. Instead of 10 mph we were doing 7 mph. And there were a lot of no wake zones. That extended our day. We were able to set the anchor our first time, but we didn’t like where we ended up so we pulled it and moved to reset. Again, it set right away. We have plenty of swing room and we are the only ones in the anchorage.
Good night!
