Scott here. On the move again!! We are finally moving again! I am so happy, Rita had a much busier month than I did, so I think she could stay here for awhile longer!
Our next multi-day stop will be Jacksonville. But today we will be traveling to Sebastian, FL. I know what you are thinking. Sebastian? Where the heck is that? It is 27 miles south of Melbourne (you have probably heard of that place) and 60 miles north of Stuart. It is just a one-night stop at an anchorage as we head to Jacksonville.
We completed a ton of work on the boat including a complete detail job on the outside. She is bright and shiny! Let’s see how long we can keep her looking this good.
I expect today to be a long day, because we have not had a travel day in a while! Before leaving I think we will fuel up and try to be out of the marina by 9 am.
This might be an interesting tidbit; a website, Bob423, provides tracks for the ICW (Intercoastal Waterway). A track is a route someone has taken that shows where they went and can show the depth at any location along the track. This can be very helpful as the ICW has a lot of moving shoaling. We don’t want to get stuck!
