Scott here. Today, December 11, 2023, was a wonderful travel day! We went from Hawksbill Cay to Staniel Cay. It was a short day. After Jan. 1, 2024 this is what all of our days will be like. No more schedules!

It took longer today since I planned at 9 mph but drove around 8-8.5 mph with the average hitting 7.5 mph. We really were not in a hurry and just wanted to enjoy the ride.

Not sure what is wrong with me when I start thinking $3.50 a foot is cheap, but I guess it is in the Bahamas. There is a marina just north of here that charges $5.50 a foot plus $150.00 for 50-amp power and $25 to throw a bag of garbage away. Nope! Staniel Cay Yacht Club is cheaper. They only charge $6 to throw a bag of garbage away! We will hold the garbage until George Town.

We ate out for the first time since Stuart, FL. They had the freshest grouper fingers and a decent pizza.
