Scott here. Today we will start our trek across FL to the Atlantic Ocean. We will go from San Carlos Bay (where we are anchored near St. James City) to the Caloosahatchee River where we will find LaBelle. But, we will stop for some go-go juice and H2O in Ft. Meyers on the way. H2O is needed before go-go juice!
We had some difficulties finding a place to stay that wasn’t super expensive or Mediterranean style docking (back-up to the dock and use your anchor to keep the bow of the boat in place) we can’t do that with our dinghy on the swim platform.
But, we found an anchorage that should suit our needs for the night.
