Travel day Nov 18, 23 (Palmetto to St. James City) Travel Day #33

Scott here! What a day we had. Super relaxing. Three trips to shore for Jazzy. Rita was able to get her extra “Rita walk” in and a couple small projects were completed. The wind was too strong for me to get under the boat safely, so maybe Sunday afternoon if we get to our anchorage early enough or Monday morning.

So today (Sunday) we are making a run to the Ft. Meyers area. We will need to have a bridge open for us to get out to the Gulf. The bridge is only 17’, which is crazy to me, that they would have such a low bridge at that location.

Our plan is to get to St. James City anchorage, but we have 2 anchorages and a marina picked out if needed prior to our destination.

Sunrise is 6:53 am, thus the 7:00 am start time. First light is at 6:28 am and that is when I will take Jazzy for her morning walk. She is such a good girl!
