Travel day #6

Travel days for cruising our motor yacht are a lot different than the RV. More planning and the United States Coast Guard recommends we file a Float Plan with family. This way if we don’t show up or contact them they can contact the Coast Guard. We have only authorized our kids to make that call as we are in daily, or near daily contact with them. They know where we are, what we are doing and where we should be.

No matter this will be a short day! We are happy for that, but we need to put on miles as well. I sort of hope we are able to go to Kuchie’s to get an extra 10 miles under our belts, but I sort of want to stay on the Peoria Free wall too. Either way, no locks tomorrow! We are both happy for that.
